R3 Appraisal Management was founded by Brent Jones, a former senior analyst for the Western US for Fannie Mae, and a practicing appraiser for over 30 years. Brent has a wealth of experience in the industry and a deep understanding of the risks and challenges facing appraisers today.

Steve brings 23 years of experience as a certified appraiser in Utah with 12 of those years as a Chief Appraiser for a leading independent mortgage bank. Steve’s understanding of all sides of our business is integral to our national growth.

Tamara is a seasoned Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser with over 15 years of experience delivering accurate property valuations and market analysis. With a strong foundation in real estate and a commitment to professionalism, Tamara combines analytical expertise with exceptional communication skills to provide reliable insights in a dynamic industry.
VP OPERATIONS MANAGER
Gabby has been recently promoted from Accounts Manager and brings many years of liaison experience to this role. She is empowered to make quick decisions to handle any operational challenges.
With UAD 3.6 comes much uncertainty as to appraiser adaptation, underwriting interpretations, loan officer understanding, as well as the new “sales data not used” reporting.
We are a preferred beta tester for UAD 3.6 and are excited to take the training lead for our lenders and appraisers. We are partnering with our appraisers to help them expand their use of AI in their private appraisal practices to get them more business locally. Our goals: the best appraiser partnerships with no interruptions in service levels!
